Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange of size. We fully understand that sometimes purchasing online means you need to make a return and we are happy to facilitate this.

However your return must be in the same condition that you received it -  unworn or unused, no make up marks, with the cotton tag label attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. As we are an online store, this is quite easy - you can simply provide your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@billiegreen.com.au. Once we approve the return we will email you a postage label that you can print out or show at the post office. Please reuse the sustainable packaging that your product arrived in.

Return shipping is FREE if you are doing an exchange for sizes and/or if you are returning some items but keeping at least one item.

Full returns of all items in your order incur a $10 reduced-rate postage free. This $10 is deducted from your refund amount. If you are exchanging for a different size or keeping at least one product from your order, you do not incur a restocking fee or postage fee.

Local delivery customers

Local customers within 10km of Kiama can organise a return or exchange via our pick up service. You will be instructed to leave your items on your front porch for collection/exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as underwear or trunks, for hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on major sale items or gift cards. We do however accept returns and exchanges for small discounts - for example, a bundle discount, or using a welcome code. 

Exchanges

If you are exchanging for a different size or keeping at least one product from your order, you do not incur a restocking fee or postage fee. Please contact us at info@billiegreen.com.au to start your exchange. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
