I believe they’re re- designing the bra - which is useful as there is a pointy seat that sticks out and instantly put my daughter off it. Customer service is attentive however I payed $24 in returning the item. They said this was because they deducted the express shipping ( which I did not order ) and then the expense to ship back. Hopefully the new style will be more fitting.
Hi there, thanks so much for leaving an honest review. And yes, our bras use the cut and sew technique which is important for the structure bras with no padding and this leaves a small dart which is normally not so detectable if the fit is very snug.
Just a note on our express shipping. We offer express shipping at a regular shipping cost, so you are not charged for this upgrade. And our returns policy stipulates that returns and exchanges are free as long as you keep one item. We have many items in our store that people love, so we try to ensure people retain value with easy and free exchanges. We did offer to send you a return label for a reduced fee but you refused. We do all we can to help our customers so I'm sorry you've had this experience.
