The intimate apparel, active wear and uniform industries are all saturated with unnecessary plastics, toxic dyes and polyurethane foam padding. It’s harmful to our health and the ocean. So we’re here to change that! Our brand is rooted in a passion for sustainability and a strong belief in better alternatives: better materials, better design, and better confidence for young people.

Hi! I’m Caroline
I’m a mum of 3 based on the NSW South Coast and I started Billie Green after noticing how much plastic and synthetic dyes are in the products our young people are wearing.
Research is increasingly showing the harm that is being caused, particularly in terms of endocrine disruptiion and fertility. And our young people are most vulnerable.
I have been working the last 3 years with leading bra designers and technicians to bring you incredible fabrics with sustainable, interchangeable designs that grow with our young people.
I also run an award-winning sustainable eyewear brand called Ozeano.
Two years. 200 fabric swatches.
Cotton is breathable when air flows through it but in a snug fitting dual-layered bra, it can hold moisture and trap heat. So we searched for something better.
Our solution: ultra-soft TENCEL™ Lyocell blended with organic cotton and a little elastane for stretch. Cool, breathable and moisture-managing, with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification.
No polyester. No nylon. Just better fabric, thoughtfully chosen.

Every piece is designed from scratch to be seamless and stitch-free, with no wires and no padding polyurethane foam is one of the worst plastics going, and it traps heat. Crop tops are cut longer so they aren't outgrown in a season. Bras use interchangeable straps, because straps are always the first thing to wear out. And sizing is simple, so there's no awkward fitting appointment and no cup-size maths. Comfortable enough that they forget they're wearing it, which is the whole point.

Naturally sustainable fabrics - our garments are made from premium, moisture‑wicking, antibacterial materials that are completely free from polyester, nylon, harsh dyes, or harmful chemicals.
Our fabrics are always double layered, providing additional support & coverage, and negating the need for foam padding (which is 100% plastic and traps heat, bacteria and odour).
